VGA Flight A and B low net results from today’s event.


Flight A top 3

Joe “Smokin” Pilewicz secured first place in today’s A Flight with a net score of 69. He achieved the lowest net score of the event. Congratulations to Joe! Elmer Schmidt and Doc Watts tied with net scores of 74. Elmer finished in second place, while Doc claimed third place, as determined by a scorecard playoff. Additionally, Dave Dean received the Atta Boy Award.


Flight B top 3

Neal Fisel and Doug Walsh both finished with a net score of 72 in today’s B Flight competition. Neal secured 1st place, while Doug earned 2nd place after a scorecard playoff. Dennis Sylvia came in 3rd with a net score of 73. Additionally, Jim Foster and Rock Wilson both received the “Atta Boy” recognition, each recording net scores of 74.

VGA Flight A and B low net results from today’s event.


Flight A top 3

Perry Variano should live in Arizona. He excels at golf. He won first place today at Union Hills with a net score of 70. It was the lowest score for the event. Congratulations to Perry! George Kowalchik and Darrell Ruehle both shot 71. George placed second. Darrell took third. Their ranks were determined by a scorecard playoff. Ben Hughes received an “Atta Boy” for his net score of 73.


Flight B top 3

Tom Hebert is making strides in the B Flight Big Dog Rankings. He won today with a score of 71 net, just one stroke behind the overall leader. It was a great day on the course, wasn’t it? Mike Roether finished in second place with a score of 72 net—well done, Mike! Eric Neilan came in third with a 73 net. Tim Sherry and Brian Dempster tied for 74 net and proudly shared the “Atta Boy” award, opting not to request a playoff.

Flight A top 3

James Belanger was first in A Flight at 67 net, well done Jim. Jim Cox was part of a Two Jim Day. He took second place at 70 net. Eric Bolles tied with him, also at 70 net. Aaron Frey and Perry Variano the Hole in One hitter tied at 71 net-taking and sharing the ATTA Boy.


Flight B top 3

Gary Vance triumphed in the Mega Metal event with an impressive score of 64 net. He also won the first Ringers event of the season with the lowest net score. Larry Yancy finished in a strong second place with a score of 68 net—well done, Larry! Curtis, who has recently been struggling, made a comeback to secure third place with a score of 69 net. Additionally, Ron Landon and Bill “The Carver” Heller tied for first place in the Atta Boy recognition.
