Flight A top 3

Dave Dean topped the A flight with a score of 68 net for 1st place. Nice play Dave. 2nd place went to Mark Thompson with a 70 net score. I’ve seen guys get several Birdies a lot but never in my memory have I seen two Eagles by one player in the same event. Mark Thompson did just that today at holes #10 and #17. My word Mark how did you not win it all? 3rd place went to Eric Neilan with a 71 net. Kevin Haskew, Eric Bolles, George Kowalchik, and Robert Froehlich tied for the Atta Boy as they all tied at 72 net.

Flight B top 3

Pragnesh Shaw delivered an outstanding performance today, securing 1st place in Flight B with the lowest net score of 64 net. The Monday practice session at San Marcos made a difference, eh? Congratulations, Prag! Stephen Jordan followed closely, taking 2nd place with a net score of 69, the same score achieved by Gareth Broudy, who took 3rd place, and Dennis Sylvia, who received the Atta Boy recognition in the scorecard playoff.

Wednesday, June 26, 2024, We Ko Pa / Saguaro course.

The Saguaro Course at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club combines distinctive desert golf traits with the timeless traditions of golf course design. For example, it’s built for walking with greens near the next tee. It follows the natural movement of the land; they didn’t move much dirt. The playing corridors are wider when compared to the target-golf design.
